I’m the first person to admit I’m not a professional bodybuilder or the fittest person in the world, but what I do know how to do is get lean and ripped and help others do the same.

Your body craves certain things from various foods, and it makes no sense to deprive yourself of things you love and that your body needs – because you can STILL get those incredible results!
I spent many years of my life being 40+ pounds overweight, and I never forgot the depression, discomfort and lack of zest for life I had during that dark time. No matter how hard I tried, it seemed the weight just wouldn’t budge.
I can’t even imagine how much worse it would have gotten if I didn’t do anything about it… and when I finally did make the small changes in my mid-30s that I’m going to show you, the weight literally melted off my body.
