Actually that sounds too fancy, let’s be real here… I’m freakn’ drooling like a baby as I’m writing this email to you.
Benefits of CLA don’t stop there…. not only are there significant improvements in reducing body fat but an increase in lean muscle mass is also reported with increased CLA intake.
CLAreduces body fat, increases muscle tissue, and may also boost your metabolic rate. A study published in the ‘American Journal of Clinical Nutrition’ found that people who took 3.2 grams of CLA a day had a drop in fat mass of about 0.2 pounds a week (that’s about one pound a month) by doing nothing more but boosting their CLA consumption.
Losing a pound of fat may not seem like much, but over a year that’s 12 pounds… and keep in mind the participants in this study just boosted their CLA intake.
They didn’t even exercise or change their diet in any other way!
Since we can’t manufacture CLA in the human body, we have to get it from our diet. And the best source of CLA is found in Grass Fed Beef.
