So this morning a buddy of mine came over and worked out with me.
Danny (my buddy) has been trying to lose weight for quite some time and has always failed … big shocker he tried to make quick drastic changes … like living off shakes and doing “cardio” for 2 hours a session.
Last night on the phone I told him …
Me – “Danny … 6AM … be here. I’m starting with or without you.”
Danny – “Oh, I’ll be there!”
Well my damn power goes out (stormed like crazy by me last night) and I overslept – and of course, Danny showed up on time.
So while I’m making myself coffee … Danny is sitting at my table eating a freakn’ PowerBar!
I yelled … “Danny what the hell are you doing … spit that out!”
He looked at me as if I was joking. But then he saw how serious I was and spit it out and asked … “Why?”
I’ll tell you what I told him ….
1 way to MAXIMIZE fat burning is to complete 1 session of ‘4 Minute Abs’ first thing in the morning on an EMPTY stomach when your Growth Hormone (powerful fat burner) is sky high!

When I came up from the basement this morning she came up to me and started rubbing on my chest and arms.
Giving me “the look.”
I knew what she wanted… so I pushed Danny out the door as fast as possible.
